So I have my wonderful new Laptop (I will blog about the specs soon), I go ahead and install Microsoft Office 2007 on it and to my dismay, when I’m composing emails, it doesn’t automatically format my hyperlinks, bullets and numbers. I found the solution to this. It turns out that I turned auto-formatting off by accident or for some reason in Windows 7 it is turned off automatically and/or the defaults are different. To fix this, here is what I did:

1) In Outlook 2007, go to Tools –> Options

2) Click on the Mail Format Tab

3) Click on Editor Options

4) Click on Proofing in the left navigation menu

5) Go through all the tabs and re-check everything
